Registration for the Family History classes is now closed. Walk-in's are welcome. You will be able to attend any classses with space available. There will not be any childcare provided.
Local Genealogical Organizations will have booths and representatives present in the Cultural hall to answer your questions.

C. More than just a tree: Finding and getting to know your ancestors on your phone

Christine Francis will teach you simple navigating skills to come to know your ancestors. Come prepared to follow along on your cell phone. Before you arrive, please download the FamilySearch Tree app onto your phone and populate your tree by adding yourself, your parents and their parents. As you start entering information about your family, the computer might give you some choices. Pick the correct family member already on FamilySearch and the tree will populate. If the app doesn‘t suggest a correct family member, then please continue to fill in as much information as possible. See you at the Fall Festival!
